Luxembourg Learning Centre

Luxembourg Learning Centre

The Luxembourg Learning Centre (LLC) is the university library of the University of Luxembourg designed by the Luxembourgish architecture office Valentiny hvp. The LLC is located within the “City of Sciences” on Belval Campus in Esch/Alzette (Luxembourg) and opened its doors for the first time in September 2018 after the three former campus libraries were merged. With its exceptional architecture, comfortable furniture and up-to-date multimedia equipment the LLC attempts to be an innovative scientific library focusing on the needs of the university students and staff. At the same time it is open to anyone in Luxembourg as well as the Greater Region in order to serve as a gateway of knowledge exchange between the University of Luxembourg and Luxembourg society. This is underlined by the close cooperation with the National Library of Luxembourg.
